Hawkstone International MX 2025 – A Dominant Performance by Jamie Keith and Plews Tyres
The 2025 Hawkstone International MX proved to be a thrilling event for riders, teams, and spectators alike. The legendary track, known for its challenging sand sections, provided the perfect backdrop for top-tier motocross action, and Plews Tyres once again demonstrated why they’re the go-to choice for serious racers.
A Perfect Day for Jamie Keith
Jamie Keith delivered a dominant performance in the EMX125 class aboard his JK Racing YZ125, clinching victory in all three races of the weekend. His day could have ended in disaster after a crash during qualifying, but Jamie showed exceptional skill and resilience.
His MX2 Matterly GP front tyre paired with the MX1 Hawkstone GP rear gave him the confidence and control needed to conquer the demanding sand track.
"Jamie’s performance today was a testament to both his skill and the superior stability, control, and traction offered by Plews Tyres," said a Plews Tyres spokesperson. "The Hawkstone sand tyre stood up to the track, allowing Jamie to ride with unmatched confidence."
With his 1-1-1 result, Jamie Keith was the standout rider of the event, showcasing not only his immense talent but also the cutting-edge performance of Plews Tyres technology.

Strong Results in the EMX125 Class
Several other Plews Tyres riders also delivered impressive performances in the EMX125 class:
- Hayden Statt fought hard throughout the weekend, earning an overall 4th place finish. His results highlighted the traction and stability of Plews Tyres, allowing him to attack every turn with precision.
- Lewis Spratt, who finished 9th overall, showed incredible grit and determination. After traveling down from the Arenacross series on Saturday night, enduring over seven hours of driving, with a sore ankle and a poor night’s sleep, he came out strong and qualified 2nd. This performance highlighted why he’s considered one of the best 125 riders in Europe. Unfortunately, a clutch issue prevented him from starting in the final race, but Lewis Spratt is undoubtedly one to watch for the future.
